It is my aim to share with you the great practice of yoga and hopefully assist you to experience the benefits that yoga has to offer, including:
- Increased strength and toning of the muscles;
- Improved flexibility and greater endurance;
- Deeper breathing, aiding the nervous and circulatory systems;
- Elimination of toxins through massaging of the organs and heat generated through practice;
- Overall, an improved sense of well-being.
