Thanks for visiting! I hope my website provides you with all the information you need to know about me, my yoga style, the classes I teach, when and where.
 
It is my aim to share with you the great practice of yoga and hopefully assist you to experience the benefits that yoga has to offer, including:
 
  • Increased strength and toning of the muscles;
  • Improved flexibility and greater endurance;
  • Deeper breathing, aiding the nervous and circulatory systems;
  • Elimination of toxins through massaging of the organs and heat generated through practice;
  • Overall, an improved sense of well-being.
