Dynamic Yoga Flow
This yoga class is a dynamic flow of yoga postures, designed with the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in mind (flow of breath and movement).
Specifically, students will firstly perform a series of sun salutations (involving a standing forward bend, upward dog, downward dog) and then flow through other postures including standing, balancing, seated, twists, backbends and inversions.
The postures will be performed quickly, but in a natural flow. This continual movement creates a challenging class but brings with it many benefits; improving stamina, strength and flexibility as well as elimination of toxins from the body.
Furthermore, each posture is sychronized with the breath, which brings the focus inward, and therefore calm to the mind.
